Gary Warner was commissioned by Lightwell Studio to produce a suite of sonic elements derived from the sounds of Korean birds, animals and insects, and music from 78rpm gramophone recordings. The sounds playback using​ custom randomising software in Lightwell’s permanent multi-speaker sculptural public art project An Earlier Conversation, installed in the Hangang Art Park in Seoul, South Korea. The project opened to the public in August 2018.
