WoodWorked is an hour-long series of original compositions created from sounds derived from wood, inspired by consideration of four themes &#8211; Forest, Workshop, Time and Rummage. It plays continuously during opening hours in both gallery spaces, providing an atmospheric acoustic signature for the exhibition experience. SoundShell is a 30cm diameter laser-cut plywood geodesic dome that I designed and prototyped to serve as a point of material focus and containment for the soundscape.
